Jarrah is a very hard working and professional agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family. I had full trust in his ability to both market the property and get the result I was after. Jarrah's service was over and above what I would expect from an agent. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to put their property on the market.
Throughout the whole process of purchasing our property we had many issues from troubles with the bank, a dodgy vendor and the need to settle as quickly as possible. This even extended past settlement with the vendors being uncooperative. Jarrah Burns dealt with each and every issue in a timely manner to the best of his ability. Even once settlement was completed he was still more than willing to help and provide his outstanding service. Unlike most agents, he even took our low offer to the vendor without dismissing it immediately. While we've not been on the other end, we would recommend Jarrah for buying or selling a house as he knows what he is doing which is a refreshing change.
Jarrah is the most professional agent i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with to date. i have rented from several different Launceston based real estate company's and he is bar far and wide the best!! Great fella who understands the needs for both the seller and buyers needs and does his absolute best to work it out for both parties. i would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get into the property market and ill definitely be working with him again in the future.
I sold my house through Harrison Humphreys, namely Jarrah Burns and Jo Oliver. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I felt they were very sincere in their approach, and they are quite up-to-date with market trends. I feel that I made a great choice in selecting them to sell my property, as they kept me totally in the loop with everything that they were doing. Their attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. Thank you both so very much. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone including family or friends. Bonnie Pickett
Jarrah was an excellent communicator who made buying my first investment property a seamless transaction. From start to finish Jarrah was available to answer all my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jarrah to family or friends if they are considering buying or selling. Best wishes for the future Jarrah
Right from the moment Jarrah walked into my house I knew he would sell it. Jarrah had done research of the area and was prepared . He had a great sales plan , excellent video and photos . I will be recommending Jarrah to anyone that is thinking of selling their home . I was stress free because he did such a great job . Thank you Jarrah .
I had a short time frame to sell my unit, as it was subject to sale for purchase of another property. Not only did Jarrah accomplish this, He also negotiated a sale price that exceeded my expectations !! His knowledge of the industry combined with dedicated professionalism made Jarrah an obvious choice to sell my property. Well done Jarrah, and I wish you all the best for the future. Brenda Reid
When we researched real estate agents with a view to sell our home we were looking for someone who would be: Honest with us about the worth of our house Provide us with realistic expectations Have an accurate knowledge of the real estate market Be a good communicator and Someone who would work hard to get the best outcome for their clients. To find a real estate agent who possesses all those qualities is hard - but we found them in Jarrah. Jarrah is polite and 'down to earth'. He is a great communicator which was really important when we weren't living locally and had the home tenanted at the time of the sale. Jarrah was always considerate of our tenants and was in contact with us every step of the sale process. We couldn't have asked for a smoother process in the successful sale of our house and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jarrah to friends, family or anyone looking for a committed professional to sell their house.
We decided to list our property in late 2015 with a deadline of 30 days to make a sale or withdraw the property, Jarrah organised the marketing within a few days and had the property viewed by prospective buyers within a week. Due to Jarrah's knowledge of the local market in Newnham we secured a buyer very quickly. I felt that the entire process was handled extremely professionally by Jarrah his thoughtfulness and communication right thru until settlement was first class and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
All in all very happy with Jarrah's handling of the sale of my father's property. It was a very stressful time for me as it had suddenly become necessary to place Dad in aged care. The sale was prompt and Jarrah's sensitive and professional manner made a very difficult situation as stressless as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Jarrah 😃
We would like to take this opportunity to give our recommendation for Jarrah Burns, as a trusted real estate agent from Harrison Humphries in Launceston. We approached Jarrah to sell our house, after the fantastic result he achieved for our cousin’s home. His professionalism, as well as down-to-earth approach, really appealed to us. We were very impressed with his knowledge, and his expertise was evident when discussing the sale of our home. Jarrah was able to give us advice on how to prepare our home for sale, and it obviously worked as it sold so quickly. Jarrah marketed and priced our home perfectly. His presence on social media enabled him to provide his audience with a brief snapshot of our home, and through this we received great exposure without having to pay website fees. He took buyers through it before putting it on the market, and was able to provide us with two fantastic offers within a few days. This enabled us to sell our home without putting it on the market, saving us a lot of money in advertising fees. We would not hesitate to recommend Jarrah, and have already! Not only to sellers, but also buyers too. He is genuine and great to deal with, always quick to follow up on any queries we had. Jarrah respected the fact we had worked so hard on renovating our property, and coming from a building background he was able to appreciate the workmanship, and market it accordingly. Thank you for your work on selling our home, Jarrah. It gives us great joy to know that the buyers love it as much as we have. The entire process was a pleasure thanks to you.
Jarrah Burns
