Overall Audwin was great to deal with. In the lead up to the auction we were having regular meeting and Audwin and his team did a great job as following up on all potential buyers. His initial valuation of our property was much higher than where the market probably was. There was also absolutely no communication from WIN after the auction date or even around settlement time.
