Our experience with Augusto was fantastic. He’s a really nice guy and we feel he gave us the right advice at the right time as we went through the process. We got a great result with the minimum of stress and he was always available and focused on our sale process. We would highly recommend him.
Over the 2 years where I have had a professional relationship with him, Augusto has impressed me with the personal traits he has displayed, with his honesty, feedback, knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs market and professional conduct being a standout. He was instrumental in helping getting me a price for my home which I believe was above market price, and always showed a nice personal touch in his dealings with me.

This is the second time I have asked Augusto to sell a property. His dedication to the work in hand, his patience with people, and his ability to get a Purchaser over the line for a sale is awesome. He is a gold star professional.
Augusto and his team are highly professional in the work they carry out. Augusto provided me with an exceptional result which exceeded all expectations. This was due to his unlimited energy, empathy and understanding of the area he works within. Being an absolute gentleman his guidance and support during the process was enormously appreciated. Augusto is an agent with a good knowledge of the market pricing and conditions who kept us constantly informed during the sale process of our home. His subtly and guidance was appreciated. He had a good understanding of our exceptions and helped us to the best of his ability in the current market conditions to achieve it. Thank you Augusto! We would highly recommend him.
Augusto was generous with his time and his in-depth knowledge of the market from the very first phone call until we signed the sale contract, and beyond. He and his entire team stayed laser focused and provided a guiding hand throughout the entire campaign process while simultaneously making sure our day to day needs were met and understood. We achieved an excellent sale price as a result of his straightforward approach, great energy and boundless enthusiasm.
Augusto and his team made the selling experience, which I found daunting, a smooth one. They organised the pre sale requirements and were in constant communication. Augusto worked tirelessly to find a buyer and kept me informed every step of the way. His determination and excellent negotiation skills resulted in a sale after the property had been on the market for a only a week. An excellent result. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Augusto and his team.

Worked extremely hard to find the right buyer to get the sale. Made a lot of calls to negotiate and attend open homes.
