From initial, valuable ideas on how to maximize the appeal of the property, to the all important marketing strategy, to the final, highly skilled price negotiations with interested buyers, Augusto went a lot further than the extra mile. In all my dealings with agents, I have never come across such value-adding skill, care, and effort. Extremely impressive, considering the property was not an easy sell.
