I feel like Aurian is a nice lady but was a little intense for me. I asked to make a lower offer and she wasn’t going to put it forward to the prior owner assuming it would not be accepted until my mum forced the point. I ended up getting a reduction in the price from it so otherwise would have missed out. Didn’t give me any space on my final inspection, I feel like I didn’t get enough chance to look around as Aurian was distracting me with lots of conversation. Possibly not deliberate maybe just a personality clash. Also seemed offended when I asked if the dishwasher works - replies “how would I know?”. I think that it was a reasonable question from a buyer. She did contact the prior owner to clarify though which was good and appreciated.

Aurian was very down to earth and easy to deal with. Got fixed the few problems with the house. Came to visit me once I had moved in after hearing I had spent some time in hospital. A very caring person.

Aurian always goes above & beyond all that she does, highly recommend her to all.
