Agent knew I sought a short stay investment purchase. Failed to disclose car stacking car park unusable by short stay guests due to paid car park induction requirement. Poor knowledge of building 20 meters opposite the road to agency. Urged to increased bid on condition of fully furnished sale. Apartment staged during inspection then sold with missing inspection items and not honoring WYSIWYG. Unappreciated and unprofessional and provably so. Agent not forthcoming to provide inspection contents evidence. Any future retorts or replies to this by agent and agency are fictitious, dishonest and provably so.
