Austen had a super tough job, trying to sell our apartment during the second round of stage 3 lockdown restrictions, yet he made it look easy! After a failed auction campaign with another agent, Austen came in with fresh ideas, an inspiring energy, working long and hard, trying any avenue available to get a good result. He is a very friendly, personable character who is a pleasure to be around. He is attentive and thoughtful and really cares about helping you through what can be a stressful process.
