We contacted Austin after being really impressed with him during an open home for a house we wanted to buy. A week after telling him we were considering selling our home before buying, he had potential buyers come through for an inspection and an amazing offer 24 hours later. All off market and stress free, we can’t thank Austin enough for his hard work and great communication every step of the way. Not only did he sell our house in record time and off market, but we sold for 10k more than our dream price! Austin also organised a handyman to come and fix some minor pest and build things, which saved us lots of time and stress. Definitely recommend Austin to anyone looking to sell.
