Having tried to sell this same property twice in previous years when the market was better, I found Jason's approach and attitude very refreshing. With the previous agents there was virtually no communication unless I initiated it, and with one I discovered a couple of weeks after putting the house on the market that there was not even a sign on the fence. over several months I did not receive one offer. Jason had a contract on our property, close to asking price within a week of putting it on the market, and even after having the contract he kept promoting the house in case it fell through. If only I had tried to sell through him earlier. If you are wanting to sell a house ask your agent how many houses they sold last year, and what their average days on the market are, ask Jason this and you will find he sells a lot of houses quickly.
