We used Jeffrey and Faye to sell our property in St Leonards previously have been a simpler process. Jeff has such a great knowledge of the apartments buildings in the area and was a pleasure to work with in selling our property. Full communication was given during the whole process with marketing & inspections. Buyers do trust Jeffrey’s recommendations and he is an agent who you would go back multiple times for not just “once agent”, would very much recommend Jeffrey and Faye!

Punctual. Well explaining in property information. Being active.

A rare team and agent that is very dedicated to their craft. A specialist in real estate, especially in the North Shore market. We achieved an outcome above our expectations in a short time. Jeff proposed a very strong marketing and selling strategy and hand-held us through the process. Executed on it like clockwork. Went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an agent (based on my other experiences) and was always quick to respond to queries, polite, professional and helpful even for matters outside of my property. Definitely worthwhile giving Jeff and his team at Midland a call if buying or selling.
