So often when signing a sales contract, that moment is the last time you will see of the sales agent, which was the very reason when selling our property in Castle Hill, we didn’t use a sales agent, just a good lawyer. After signing our sales contract Jennifer Carr recommended improvements to the property at low cost relative to the purchase price. After cooling off period Jennifer arranged a meeting at the property with a plumber, tiler, painter, floorer, colour stylist and a conveyancer. She has been involved quotations and timing for renovation at the busiest time of the year, with military precision.
