After some discussion with Jennifer Carr we agreed to do something out of the ordinary [for Louis Carr that is] and it was agreed we should go to auction. Our house was a little different and we were somewhat cautious as to what to expect. Well, their recommendations delivered in spades. We are absolutely delighted with the result that Jennifer and Nicole from Louis Carr have achieved for us.
