We recently sold our house through Harcourts with agent Jeremy Wilkinson. From the start, it was clear that he was head and shoulders above the other agents we approached. Of the four he was the only one who viewed the property with us. Others preferred to suggest a sales price over the phone, whilst sprouting their credentials as a registered valuer. The marketing package he presented was clear and competitive. Jeremy was most helpful in assisting us plan to bring a currently long term rental property up to market readiness. He was particularly sensitive in negotiating difficult arrangements with tenants regarding appointments. Sale was achieved before the property was fully to market.
