We had a very good experience with Jeremy & his team. The marketing profile was exceptional and Jeremy's negotiating skills gave us a result beyond our expectations. The team are very efficient in all aspects of the admin and considering we are all interstate there was no delay with the work required to complete the work.
We first met Jeremy in 2020 just before covid 19 hit. We decided to delay the sale and Jeremy gave us periodic market updates. When we decided it was time to sell, Jeremy gave us a realistic opinion on current market values and helped us to set a fair price. We were very happy with the photos and description of the property and the marketing campaign. Jeremy is very professional, also friendly and approachable. We highly recommend him.
Jeremy was professional and helpful, his knowledge of the local market was spot on and got an excellent result for us
Jeremy and his team provided a highly professional, informed, well coordinated and friendly service for the sale of my property, once again. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish with a great result achieved in a week. I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough.
Jeremy and Conall were both very easy to deal with and prompt with their responses. Jeremy seemed to be as excited as us for our purchase!
I felt confident in Jeremy’s knowledge of market and in his negotiating a great and swift outcome for our house. I felt well informed of options and progress of the process and that nothing was too much trouble. He worked long hours.
Jeremy understood our parameters from the very start and was very professional in his dealings with us all the way through. He was one of the few agents that followed us up prior to us making our decision to list our property and was confident in what we could achieve from the very start. As a businessman myself with a small family it was pleasing to see that he worked around our busy schedules and was always accommodating throughout our sale experience.
Jeremy, Sharon & Conall are the the A team. We have so much confidence in Jeremy and the way he works. He kept us well informed, put our nervousness to rest and got our home sold in 6 days and for an amazing price!! This is the second property we have sold with Jeremy, Sharon and Conall and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. My realestate agent for life!
Jeremy and his team gave prompt, efficient, friendly and reliable advice and service throughout our engagement. All my questions as a vendor were anticipated and/or comprehensively answered which made what could have been a stressful process, quite straightforward. Jeremy achieved a sale result beyond my expectations, testimony to his market knowledge and sales expertise. I can highly recommend Jeremy and his team as being off the scale for performance.
Jeremy kept us up to date with progress and gave constructive feedback on presenting our house. Everything was efficiently done and nothing was too much trouble.
