You need an honest agent, someone who isnt going to trick you into thinking your property is worth more than it is. He also answers his phone!!! Jeremy was exceptionally good to us. He understood the difficulty we had with relocation of our brother-in-law who had lived in the property for 50 years. We live on the mainland and had to make many trips to achieve the relocation. When we asked Jeremy to be our real estate agent in June, we still had an enormous task ahead of us to clean out the house.
