Jeremy and his team (Sharon & Carlton) are very professional, down to earth and honest. We are so pleased we chose Jeremy to work with for the sale of our property. Always aiming for the best result which was achieved. The support and professionalism with the whole Harcourts Launceston office was excellent along with the marketing of the property.

Jeremy is the most patient and honest real estate professional whom I have come across. I am so grateful and honored to have him sold our house in under a month. His sense of humor, positivity and integrity are the qualities I need in an agent and he has it all. We live in another city and Jeremy went all out to make us feel included and informed by staying in close contact with us and updating us everyday of the week. His commitment and dedication is something we will never forget. Jeremy, we love you and appreciate everything that you have done for us in making our sales so smooth and stress free.

Jeremy, Carlton and term have made the purchase of this home an extremely smooth and time efficient process. They have been easy to communicate with, responded to our questions in a extremely timely and courteous manner. As we were not able to attend the open home, Carlton was very obliging and showed us through the house outside business hours. This was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and his Harcourts team to any perspective purchases or sellers. Lisa Legge

Very helpful and professional and highly recommended.

Jeremy was a great agent to deal with . He was very helpful answered all our question. Thanks Jeremy 😊

Chose Jeremy based on his reputation and from recommendations by several friends. He was very professional with outstanding marketing material which presented a plain old investment property beautifully. His personal support team in Sharon and Carlton were amazing, providing plenty of feedback and making certain that everything promised went to plan. They all liaised carefully with the tenant with minimum fuss, resulting in a sale much quicker than expected. Use him again? Yes.

Great communication throughout the whole process and always upheld a high standard.

Had an easy and seamless experience with Harcourts Launceston. After sales service has been excellent.

We were very pleased to have worked with Jeremy 8 years ago when he sold a previous property of ours, Now after 8 years we have had the pleasure of purchasing our new property from Jeremy. Jeremy was extremely easy to deal with. As an interstate investor, he was very accommodating of my circumstances and opened the property at a time that suited my schedule. Friendly, professional and timely. Such an easy and pleasant experience.

Jeremy went above duty to sell my old house. He always communicated with me through the entire process and the house soldiers for a great price. I highly recommend Jeremy to any potential purchaser or buyer. You will not be disappointed with the effort Jeremy makes to selling your home or finding you one. Thanks Jeremy!

I moved from Qld to Tasmania and bought this property online without 'seeing' it in person. Jeremy and his team made it possible for my dream (to live in Tasmania) to be a reality, helping me every step of the way & making this journey so much easier. Thank you Jeremy!
