Ava Pethers

We were very tentative going into the sale with the market in the doldrums, so were very pleasantly surprised with a quick sale at a good price. Very happy with the service provided by Ava and Jack

Ava was fantastic from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. She kept us informed throughout the sale process and achieved a great result for our apartment. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for all your hard work!

Ava was exceptional throughout the sale of our home. Her advice was sound, her attention to detail was impressive, and every commitment was delivered promptly and professionally - usually ahead of time. She was responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend her to all family and friends.

Ava was a pleasure to work with when selling our unit. She’s very approachable and made the whole process feel easy and manageable. She helped us prepare for each inspection and always kept us updated with clear feedback after every one. Her strong knowledge of the local area really stood out, and even after the sale she continued to support us through the settlement process, which we really appreciated. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend her.

We are lucky enough to go through Ava and the Realm team to seel our property, we were over the moon with the result we got and would highly recommend anyone looking to seel or buy to give Ava a call.

Ava was amazing to deal with. Always kept me up to date with the sale and extremely professional. Thanks Ava
