As we well know, that selling a house is extremely stressful, renovations, furniture packages, open houses and finding a agent. All of this was extremely easy, as I was in control of renovations and Avi did the rest. His knowledge was exceptional but honestly who cares!!! It comes down to did he get the price Yes. Did he do it in the required time? Yes. He talked the talk but backed it up by walking the Walk, Thanks.
