Incredible Experience!

To say the sale of our Carnegie property with Aviv and the Gary Peer team was seamless would be an understatement!. As overseas owners living in Asia we dreaded all aspects of the preparation of our home to be saleable. Aviv and team were amazing project managers across all aspects of the sale from serving notice to tenants, recommending, planning and engaging reliable contractors for renovations and advising on marketing campaigns and sales strategies in the lead up to the sale. We found Aviv to be an excellent communicator throughout the whole process building a strong and trusting relationship exceeding our expectations. Our only regret was not engaging Aviv and team to sell our property earlier as they truly made the whole process effortless with results that surmounted our expectations. Thanks again for everything!!
