My experience dealing with Awais has been very positive. He was very understanding of my needs which were complex given that I was separated from my wife and we were selling our property. His skills for understanding that complex situation and ability to get both parties to agree we’re very good. He is very good at explaining the Sales process without missing any details out. Updating me with a clear vision of the market and how it was changing week to week. When answering questions he had a good understanding of why those questions were being asked - that’s a very good skill. When we had two prospective buyers lined up both he and Nima showed tremendous skills and extracted the best price, and for explaining along the way to both me and ****.
