John was super easy to deal with from the get go and clearly knows the local market around Chisholm. The marketing was clearly effective as we accepted an offer within a week of placing the house on the market. Would highly recommend John and the team.
John has always been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all the dealings we have had with him during the sale of our house.
John was easy going, available whenever we needed him and updated us regularly throughout the sale of our property. He made it stress free and easy. As a bonus, we received an offer above our expectations. We would highly recommend John to anyone who is about to sell a property.
John and his team did a very good job marketing and selling the house. Our sell price was beyond what we had expected and I am sure it was due to good advertising. John communicated well as to what he would do and how it would be achieved. We were always kept up to date with any developments, changes or problems - not that we had many. We were happy and confident to leave it all in John's hand. Thank you for your efforts. Well done.
John and his team exceeded our expectations and was able to find a buyer to meet our needs in a short period of time. The communication and service was first class and we wouldn’t hesitate to call John in the future.
The sale as fast with a result well over the asking price. John was extremely professional, enthusiastic and a great marketer. John's communication was great and he is happy to answer any questions.
John was awesome!!! I am very happy with his professionalism and help!
Professional and knowledgeable about the market and willing to listen to our feedback and be patient with us for the sale rather than rushing for a quick sale.
John was great as our agent in the sale of our home. His communication was superb and kept us abreast of the situation at all times. Couldn't recommend John and to a larger extent the entire Thornton Reality and Property Management team.
Sold our home on the first week for higher than asking price. Would highly recommend John Birrell and his team .
