All agents say that they have good communication skills and will keep you updated but in our experience John Birrell is the one agent we've found who actually does what he says by regularly updating on us any potential sales, by skillfully negotiating sales with buyers who are unsure of the process and at the same time selling our properties at the best possible price to the point where on this most recent sale he achieved a $15k premium over and above what we knew the market price was for that property. As far as the question as to whether I would recommend John Birrell to other prospective vendors, my answer is that there isn't anyone who I know in the property business or who is selling their own home that I haven't pointed in Johns direction he is an exceptional agent!!!
