I have no hesitation in recommending John Birrell, from Tony Cant Real Estate - Medowie, we have moved house many times and can honestly say this was the best experience, John made the whole process a breeze, he was very professional and nice to deal with.

My wife, Celia, and I were able to achieve our goal, a successful outcome, due in no small measure to the assistance so readily given by yourself, and Barry Hutchings. In particular, we felt that Barry had gone well beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that we were able to succeed, We found the overall experience well ahead of other real estate dealings that we have had in past years and, if the need should arise ( which we sincerely hope will not!) that we would seek to buy another property, we would be happy to call again on your support. Furthermore, if anyone should ask our advice, we would be confident in recommending them to your firm

Julie and I couldn't have been happier with the result that John and his team achieved for us when selling our property. Even though it was a very quick sale which was an excellent result the communication was excellent and we were well informed throughout the whole process. When we had a question John was always happy to track down the information and get us the answers. From the start John told us he had buyers waiting to view the property and as soon as we said lets go they started coming through the door as promised. We would not hesitate to use John and his team again in the future.

Good agent to deal with, quick and easy sale with a good price

John made the whole process of my 1st Sale smooth with no stress & very good communication

No fuss easy to deal with and a proffessional approach.

John was really helpful and easily contacted which helps when you are trying to sell a property. Would recommend John and Reagan and their team as a rental agency.

We have always found John Birrell (and his team at Tony Cant Real Estate, Medowie) to conduct himself in a proficient, efficient, professional and friendly manner. This was evident when both our rental property (which the Company managed for approximately 10 years) and family home were sold this year. Both properties secured their purchasers within 10 days of being on the market...a testiment of his commitment. We have no hesitation in recommending John's services and wish him every success in the future. Peter and Ana Dobbie

Highly recommended

John made our purchase of 6 Abercrombie Rd, Medowie a breeze. From start to finish John was professional and efficient. He went out of his way and took the time to allow contractors into the property before settlement date to do measure and quotes for us. He kept us informed continuously throughout the process, always keeping the lines of communication open. And on the day of settlement he presented us with a case of beer a bottle of wine and a card to congratulate us on our property purchase. You don't get that type of service very often these days and it just topped off the overall experience for us. I would recommend anyone looking at buying or selling a property to go and see John. I would not hesitate to recommend John...he is an excellent agent to do business with...

I worked for John for over 6 months to locate the perfect investment property. John was well aware of my budget and what I was looking for and was most patient with my (at times) in decisiveness. I couldn't be happier with the investment property I settled on earlier this year and will be sure to use him again next year...
