John has been an excellent agent and he sold our house as he said he would! John was always available to talk and answer any questions that we had. John was always very professional and had excellent knowledge of the market and our local area. I would recommend John to anyone looking to sell their house. John went over and above our expectations always keeping us informed and up to date every week after open homes. We will be using John again next time we sell.

From the beginning, John has been excellent to work with. He was always extremely responsive whenever we called him, and nothing was too much trouble. He made some big promises when we signed the contract to sell our house with him, and have to say he delivered on all counts...maybe even over-delivered! :) The sale happened very quickly, and even when a small snag was encountered, John was all over it. If you want to sell your house quickly with a minimum of fuss, John is your Man!!

We’ve sold properties with John on multiple occasions. We keep coming back because of his knowledge of the market, his enthusiasm, his drive to get the best possible price he can for you. He works hard for you.

A good professional agent to employ. Works hard and delivers the goods. We warmly recommend him.

The process of selling our much beloved home was overwhelming for us. Choosing the right agent to sell our property, and understand our needs were a priority. John was the most qualified with immense knowledge of the area. John demonstrated exceptional communication as he personally kept us informed frequently and, all the way through to settlement. This was important to us. No matter how the market was trending and responding, John persistently worked hard delivering a fantastic outcome, with a result higher than other agents. John made every effort to assist where he could beyond his role which displayed admirable qualities as an individual. All of these attributes combined with a commitment towards our best interest at all times, we believe makes John an outstanding agent with unrivalled dedication towards his profession and clients. We are grateful for John’s endeavours to facilitate a pleasant experience and smooth sale.

John had a good knowledge of the McDowall market. He was efficient in organising the marketing and open home times. He kept us informed of what was happening. John and Matt were both very friendly and approachable and they ran very efficient open homes. John was excellent in handling the offers that were made and once accepted, he helped the sale process flow as best it could.

We interviewed a number of real estate agents before selling our house, and John certainly stood out. He was confident, had the facts, figures and more importantly recent sales in our area, that gave him the edge over others. He has been helpful with any questions we've had, big or small, and given us solid advice based on his extensive knowledge. In the end, we only had one day of open for inspections, and the house was sold the next night! Exceeded our expectations in every way, and we think this has a lot to do with the fantastic marketing, market knowledge and helpful service provided by John and the whole team at Stone Real Estate.

John provided amazing service from start to finish of the sale process. I was overseas during the sale process so John manged all the day to day interfaces and delivered a sales within the first 2 weeks. would strongly recommend John and his support team to anyone.

John was not our first agent, we had been trying to sell our property for over 6 months. We brought John on board and he let us know what needed to be done to sell the property. We are located interstate so having a honest and motivated agent was important. John went above and beyond, communicating clearly with us every step of the way.

It has been a pleasure to deal with John during the recent sale of my home. He is very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. I was always kept updated at every step and he gave me honest advice. I believe John is one of the best in the business and would recommend him to family and friends.

John came in after a fail with another agent and provided advice on renovations, dealt with tradesmen, inspectors, dressed the house for sale, and took care of everything asked of him, and more. John had a contract on the table after the first open house. This contract went through settlement. We could not have been happier with John's work ethic, diligence and honesty to us as vendors and also, I'm sure, to the buyers. I would have no hesitation recommending John as an agent. John's knowledge of the wider Brisbane market would be hard to match.

“John is a McDowall local who supports the local community. He and his team were always available to answer any questions and always kept us informed of the progress at every step of the sale. John seems to never sleep and was always showing buyers or following up buyers for our home. We have no hesitation in recommending John and Stone to anyone else thinking of selling in or around the area. Thanks for your help John”
