IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS, JOHN ACHIEVED WITH THE BUYER A PRICE WHICH WAS SATISFACTORY TO THE BUYER AND TO ME. JOHN INTEGRITY IN NEGOTIATING THE DEAL WAS OUTSTANDING AND ACHHIEVED AN OUTCOME WHICH WAS A WIN WIN. DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME JOHN HAD A NUMBER OF POTENTIAL BUYERS THAT HE TOOK PRIVATELY TO THE POPERTY TO INSPECT. HE WORKED TIRELESS TO ACHIEVE THE BEST OUTCOME FOR ME. HE WOULD GIVE ME DAILY UPDATES ON THE MARKET, THE SURROUNDING AREA SALES ACTIVITIES AND THE COMPETITION THAT MIGHT INFLUENCE THE SALE VALUE. JOHN'S COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE MORE THAN EXCELLENT AND HE WOULD FOLLOW UP REGULARLY WITH ME, THE BUYER, THE LAWYERS TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO DELAY IN EFFECTIVELY CLOSING THE DEAL. CONGRATULATIONS JOHN FOR A VERY WELL-DONE JOB. IT COULDN'T BE ANY BETTER. FINALLY, I WOULD SINCERELY RECOMEND BUYERS OR SELLERS IN OUR AREA TO TALK WITH JOHN TO GET THE SATISFACTOTY RESULTS THAT I GOT. He was available at all hours to support both buyer and seller which is a credit to him as it shows that he is not only there for a quick dollar and he genuinely cares about everyone. We had a few hiccups along the way (nothing to do with selling the property and definitely not due to John) but he went over and beyond his responsibilities as an agent to help fix this for us. From our initial contact with John he demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the property market in McDowall and surrounding suburbs. He impressed us with his marketing and negotiation strategies and helped us though some challenges that arose after a contract was signed. He achieved a sale price that we were happy to accept after a short time on the market.
There were certainly some complications in selling Mum's house but John kept me informed the whole way through. He had to work hard to make the sale happen as it was touch and go for quite a while.
