The very best Real Estate Agent in Gawler SA by a country mile. We could not recommend Jordan highly enough. If you live around Gawler and are thinking of selling your home and like us are sick of dealing with the usual mob who promise the world and deliver up an Atlas it's time to give Jordan a call. We have been unfortunate enough over the years to deal with most of the local Agents and were stoked to finally find someone with great communication skills, a tirelessly work effort and someone who follows through with what they say on time, every time. Great job Jordan and thanks again.

When you talk to Jordan, you get a sense that he really cares about helping you find the perfect home. He is very honest and explains all things clearly and slowly so even a novice like myself could understand. Avoid the dodgy agents and go straight to Jordan if you want top honest work.

Highly motivated, always quick to reply very genuine down to earth person. absolute pleasure to deal with definitely a driving force in any team. Have recommended Mr Varley several times already and have had positive feed back each time.

I am lucky to have known Jordan through his Dad. He has a great work ethic and very honest to deal with. Jordan is very professional and was determined to work hard on our behalf to achieve what we required. Jordan is just a good bloke and would recommend his services to anybody. Thanks Jordan.

Jordan has been nothing but professional whilst providing support and great advice during a stressful time. His knowledge and enthusiasm are second to none. He achieved exactly what we asked him to. Thanks so much Jordan.

Can not fault Jordan’s dedication, commitment and skills. Jordan is a fantastic communicator and agent. I will be recommending Jordan to all my contacts in the realestate industry. I wish I met him earlier. Jordan goes the extra mile and out of his way to ensure he offers the best service possible. He has excelled in getting a better price than I expected and acted proactively to close the sale. Jordan has done really well selling our property considering everything was conducted by phone and email (I’m interstate). He offers genuine advice and realistic feedback showing a high level of maturity and understanding of the property market. Far exceeded my expectations and the best service I’ve received so far in my multiple dealings in the industry. Thank you Jordan, Regards, Jonathan Carroll

We were very happy with the service provided by Jordan. We felt he was friendly and easy to work with. He responded quickly to questions, kept us updated throughout the process and explained things clearly. He met at times that were convenient for our busy family and was always punctual. He provided helpful advice on preparing our home for sale and his knowledge about pricing, marketing strategy and timing resulted in a good number of viewings at the first and only open inspection. Our home sold quickly and with minimal stress due to the efforts of Jordan and we are very grateful.

Jordan has been highly professional, keeping us informed at every step of the sale process. His communication skills are excellent and he has worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and quick settlement.

Professional, friendly and helpful real estate agent, would definitely recommend.

Very flexible, easy to work with and our house was sold with contact and honest communication regularly during the process. Would recommend to others.

We had been to 10 open inspections before getting to the property that Jordan was presenting, we were greeted at every opening but Jordan was the only agent that took time to answer all our questions and provide answers so we understood them. He was polite, friendly and we felt at ease with our decision to purchase the property through the information that he had provided us on the day. He is very prompt in following up with us and feel that he played a big part in securing the purchase for us, his communication through the whole process has been exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Jordan, he is an asset to Harcourt's.

Jordan was fantastic! Purchasing our first home was scary diving into the unknown but Jordan was there to answer any questions we needed and gave us great advice to help us get there.
