Joel and Tom are easy to deal with. Joel in particular was very responsive. He required no follow up. Being interstate buyers and buying 'site unseen' has its challenges and relies on agents going out of their way. Communications was great. Response time was great. Tom was easy to deal with addressing a lot of our 'buyers concerns'. Down to earth and a very pleasant experience.
