Josh and his team were nice enough but unfortunately it wasn't the service you would expect from a Real Estate agent. My wife and I signed up with Josh (based on reviews) with the idea that he would be managing the sale. This was not the case and other members of the team would be delegated our open houses. We listed communication on their pre-sale sheet as the most critical thing for us and found this to be lacking. An open home was cancelled without our knowledge and following another our house was left unlocked with all the windows open as a storm was rolling in, unfortunately that was not only the time we arrived to find windows or doors unlocked or even wide open, lights on etc - which was particularly frustrating when the house was vacant and full of rented furniture. These were just some of the issues we encountered. Based on our experience, I would not recommend or be buying/selling from Freedom again.
