Professional advice and timely responses to questions. The Website of the development is well presented, however in reality the landscaping of the lots on Esplanade is very poor. The uneven lots and head high vegetation makes it look more like an Alabama swamp rather than a new potential building block. My opinion is that a well looked after development site would attract more bidders and potential better pricing. I think this should be a combined effort between both Real Estate agent and developer.
