Josh was engaging at the open home with good knowledge of the property - additional information I wanted to view was sent out to me later that day, the information package was comprehensive from his offices which assisted my decision to make an offer. During the sale process Josh kept me informed of the vendors position via prompt messaging and not being completely IT smart (due to my age) Jake guided me through the secure electronic signing applications needed for the sale.
