We met Josh last year, when he was responsible for the successful sale of a neighbouring property. We were impressed with his modern approach to Real Estate selling. He is also the Ormiston Specialist, and the only Agent with a Store Front in the suburb. So , it was a no brainer, when we decided to sell our property in Ormiston Springs, to engage Josh for the job. Josh told us that he had several buyers looking for properties like ours, and so it proved to be. The first Home Open was scheduled for 5 30pm on a Thursday evening, which we thought a little unusual, but clearly it was timed by Josh to suit his prospective buyers. By 2 30 Pm the next day , Josh was presenting us with an excellent offer , which we promptly accepted. This must be close to a record! Josh's sales program was exemplary.
