We are a couple with limited tech knowledge and were very keen to have Josh Sherwood as our Agent. We signed with Josh on our first meeting, because we felt he was a "real go-getter" and with the latest ideas of styling a house and the use of a drone and the walk-through effect all sounded gobbledegook to us. He showed us what he meant and we were very excited. Josh got a really good price for us, much more than we thought we would get. We have told so many people about Josh and how he got us more than we wanted. Josh has proven punctual and by far the most credible R/E agents I have had dealings with over past six months (ranging from dismal to...). He comes across as personable and did not need to engage in any of the usual shifty practices to do well by his client (as far as I was aware anyway) and has proven that he will follow through on assurances he has given to ourselves. That displays a high level of professionalism in my view. My only negative comment deals with the practice rather than the person - hard to establish contact with a specific person when contact is funnelled through a web interface.

Josh was very professional and helpful when it came to scheduling a meeting and organizing all the relevant documents and approvals. Being from Sydney we had very little knowledge about the local areas, thanks to Josh he provided us with additional information about the area that we were looking at investing, and helped us make the right decision.
