We had spoke to other agents before but we felt like there was a lack of knowledge and the feeling they were more concerned about just moving the house on quickly to get their commission. We had heard many good things about Julie over the years so we asked her if she could help. Herself and Caitlin were at our house a few days later showing us how they would market our property. They were very professional, courteous and genuine from the beginning. We knew in the first ten minutes that would be using them to sell our house. From then on different suggestions were put to us about how she thought we could sell but we were always in control of the situation and reminded that whatever way we went we would be supported throughout. We weren’t overly encouraged to go to market even though we knew it would be good marketing and exposure for her business. Our sale was kept priority throughout. Julie is a people person and has unique skills to negotiate the process between buyer and seller. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. We got a great result in the end and Julie made a daunting experience far easier to navigate because she (and staff) keeps client interest first.
