We hand originally bought the house thru Julie Ormston & Partners and after initial choice of another estate agent - BIG MISTAKE - we landed back into the safe hands of Julie. Her expert knowledge of the benchmark ist extensive and up-to-date. Her “demands/requests/orders (?!) to prepare the house for viewing can be quite exhausting and stringent, but, and a big BUT, will sell the house in the shortest of time; ours after the first viewing!
