When we found the home that we thought was "it" she listened to our list of wants and suggested other properties for us to see to be able to compare. This was so helpful in making sure our "it" property was definitely the one! Julie was great with communicating - with a mixture of phone calls, emails and text messages, she was able to be reached almost at any time of day (evenings included) and quickly responded to any questions! As mentioned, we were first home buyers and so didn't understand the process very well and needed a lot of guidance (and had a lot of questions!). Julie and her team (including Elise!) made us feel so comfortable to ask any question and guide us through a confusing process, explaining every step along the way. Picking up the keys to our home was something in itself too! Julie warmly welcomed us to the neighbourhood and pointed us in the direction of a few favourite restaurant and service providers.
