Julie did a great job. If we were selling a property in Woodvale we would definitely use Julie. From a sellers prospective Julie will get you the best price possible for your home and from a buyers prospective she is honest and professional in that explains that ultimately she is working for the seller. When we made our offer Julie explained that she would be alerting other potential buyers that there was in fact an offer on the table potentially pushing the sale price higher for the seller.
