Even as a teenager Ayda Shabanzadeh displayed the ambition, passion and dedication common amongst high-flyers. “Growing up my influences were always work people,” “I always looked up to my bosses because my goal, even at age 14, was to one day become a boss.”
Driven by career dreams and inspired by her family’s sacrifice to migrate to Australia from Iran, Ayda’s completed a Diploma of Project Management, Financial Management and Business Management alongside an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Business Management.
With lengthy experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Ayda’s currently working towards her Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, all of which compliment her daily role as Grow Property Group’s Managing Director.
Through leading an organisation with 20 property investment professionals, Ayda’s become known as one of the sharpest minds in the industry. So much so her knowledge about property management, finance and lending is regularly sought for comment by The Courier Mail, MX Brisbane, 4BC and Sky News.
Since that first employment position, Ayda’s life, as a whole, has undertaken tremendous growth. She’s become the compassionate, empathetic and devoted person who younger employees today seek for advice, guidance and mentoring. Senior colleagues, whom she once idolised, have been replaced by iconic business figures in Richard Branson and Donald Trump.
Somewhere deep inside, 14-year-old Ayda must be delighted with her professional strides over the past decade and a half. But she’d be even prouder of the tenacious, foreign culture and outdoors loving woman she’s become, who’s as devoted as ever to serving clients and achieving success.
“I’m motivated by a desire to be great,” she said. “I want to make something that changes the industry.” In Grow Consulting Group, a company helping people achieve financial security through property, she’s again fulfilling her occupational intentions.
