The professionalism displayed by Aiden was exemplary. The manner in which he provided advise and persuausion to present the property in the best possible light was of great assistance. His communication was always prompt and clear and his recommendations were spot on. He and his team did a great job and as a result I would have no hesitation in recommending Jellis Craig to other sellers.

He provided fantastic communication, always kept me in the loop and replied to emails/calls promptly. We were able to come to an agreeable price for the property and the process of settlement went smoothly.

Choosing an AGENT is always difficult and I did visit three different Agent's offices before choosing JELLIS CRAIG and their agent- Ayden Cameron. Did we make the right decision? YES WE DID. Ayden from Jellis-Craig was everything we needed: -competent (he knew his stuff, he reported to us on; who visited and how many times, who requested copies of contracts and other information), -helpful (he chose the wonderful interior design company and the painters to help with our tart up, he chose the photographer and then what photos to use which proved successful, we had over 30 serious viewers on two of the Saturday open for inspections) and -he was an all round pleasant guy and a valuable team member, YES he let us work as a team. Come the day of the auction, the Jellis Craig Auctioneer did a superb job and encouraged FIVE BIDDERS to join the action. Yes FIVE BIDDERS, we sold and we are still merry and celebrating the 10% above our real reserve price GO AYDEN GO JELLIS CRAIG
Aydan is an outstanding agent. He achieved an excellent result for my property and made the whole process easy for me. He arranged painting, re-carpeting and furniture hire and the tradespeople were high quality and reasonably priced. His marketing qualifications shone through and my apartment was presented beautifully to a wide audience. I sold prior to auction and his negotiation skills and tactics were brilliant. I wouldn't usually write reviews for sites like this, but I was actually genuinely pleased to have worked with Aydan -- unlike the stereotypical real estate agent, Aydan was easy to get along with, played straight at all times, offered good advice (including where not to bother spending money), and was professional. Very happy with how the apartment I sold was presented for auction; Jellis Craig promoted it well and the furniture stylist did a surprisingly good job (I usually hate rental furniture when inspecting a property; this wasn't the usual tacky stuff though -- it was appropriate and tasteful). Very pleased with how the campaign ran, and Aydan's role coordinating it; would definitely use him and Jellis Craig again, and as I say, I'm mostly writing this review because I was genuinely surprised that going to market could be a positive experience!!

We had a very positive experience with Jellis Craig South Yarra and Aydan Cameron in particular. He is a very pleasant person to deal with, easy-going, always smiling, and really professional. Aydan works very hard to get the best results for the vendor. Other agents we talked to were not always enthusiastic to sell our high-rise apartment as they knew it was a tough market but Aydan was happy to help us from day one, having an optimistic but down-to-earth approach, not over-promising but rather proposing well structured plans to get the deal done. We did not exactly get the price we were hoping for, but neither Aydan nor anybody else could have done any better in such a difficult market. Similar properties can stay on sale for months, our apartment was sold in less than 40 days, which is a great result and it is thanks to Aydan. We highly recommend his services.
