We were very pleased as all our questions were answered within a very short period with good working morale and attitude. We appreciated efficient communication with us during the day or night time. We would like to thank for working with us very closely and reacting positively on our queries working towards solutions.
During the period of selling our house we found Ayla to be courteous, knowledge and extremely pleasant to work with. She was most industrious while we were looking for a buyer and we had a most successful outcome.
All Round Property gave me an excellent result on the sale of my villa in Lincoln Gardens Retirement Village, two days they had the contract to sell the villa and it was sold. It had been on the market for seven months before that with very few buyers looking. Everyone at All Round Property were very efficient and friendly to work with.
I found Ayla to be very proactive, professional, passionate & productive, nothing was to much trouble & always went the extra mile with grace. So thank you for a speedy, & a very happy sale of my home Ayla.
Alya Bailey was on the ball in all aspects of my sale. She achieved a speedy result at an outstanding price. An exceptional agent delivering a quality service. I thoroughly recommend her.
Ayla has been fantastic with assisting me buying my first home! She spent extra time with me answering all my questions and was able to take me through it step by step. The service I have received from Ayla is outstanding!
We certainly picked a great choice for an agent. Kept us in the loop, suggestions and friendly service. Just wanting to please and help. Rewarded with a great result.
Ayla Bailey was fantastic all the way thru the purchase of the property. Her communication skills were great. Very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend Ayla to all our friends and family.
Ayla took on our property in mayfair road after another sales consultant had listed it. The sale was to some extent just treading water. Ayla rewrote the descriptions took better photos and promoted the property highlighting its advantages. She attracted lots of interest and achieved the asking price. Her communication with us was excelent. We live 850 kms away and Ayla keep us informed at every stage. She negotiated strongly on our behalf and always acted in our best interests. I am that impressed that if we have any future realestate needs I will be asking cor Ayla. She is a very inteligent and has a compedent knowedge of the realestate industry. All of her advice was sound. If you are looking for a property or to sell Ayla will do the job.
