As vendors, we also committed to meet Ayla's requirements to ensure that nothing was left to chance. The end game produced a sale that was above the original valuation and before having to go to auction. Ayla stayed in touch with us at all stages of the pre-sale and subsequent sale negotiations. I guess the best thing I/we could say about this experience is that we would not hesitate to ask Ayla to sell a property on our behalf again.
