Azzam Derbas and his team at D&D Real Estate have managed a property for us for over a decade now and they recently helped us to sell the property. The property management service that D&D provided for us was absolutely first rate. We were living overseas for that whole period so it was extra important for us to have a good property manager who could deal with all of the tenancy issues as well as the maintenance on the property. Azzam and his staff kept us well informed through regular communication and attended to maintenance requirements promptly and efficiently. When it came to the sale of the property the level of the service was just as good. Again, Azzam gave us great advice about how to put the property on the market, how to promote the sale and also what to expect. He didn’t let us down. The sale went smoothly and we are extremely happy with the outcome. I would recommend D&D Real Estate very highly and will most certainly be using their services again.
