Since 2015, Azzam and the team at D&D Real Estate have been looking after several of our investment properties. We have also purchased a unit though them, and they made the process very smooth and straightforward. Over the years since, they have looked after our interests by finding good tenants, advising us of issues through regular inspections, dealing with trades to ensure cost effective maintenance is carried out and regular communication to resolve the problems that can arise from time to time. In 2024 we engaged Azzam to market one of these properties and he kept us informed of the progress the whole time with regular updates. Azzam was able to negotiate a great result for both ourselves and the purchaser. We continue to use Azzam and the team at D&D Real Estate to look after our rental property and we can highly recommend them as property managers and as agents in the purchasing or selling of property.
