Katrina is a wonderful agent to work with. Friendly, easy to talk to, accessible and quick to respond to any questions - her communication skills are second to none. She is honest and well informed about the local market. Her attention to detail and advice for presenting our property set her apart from other agents. I would highly recommend Katrina to people thinking of selling their home.

I first met Katrina almost 18 months ago when she sold my partner's sisters place. Since then Katrina has successfully sold 5 properties to friends and mine. Katrina presents as a very effecient and knowledgeable Agent and I would highly recommend Katrina to any prospective Clients. Ann Lowe

We felt comfortable with Katrina in our first meeting. Her market knowledge is exceptional and she was very punctual for appointments and always keep us updated. Our house was sold in just a week from listing with a price over our expectations! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for other seller!

When I noticed Katrina was the buyer’s agent for the property I was interested in, I had an immediate sense of relief, as we had met briefly once before. Katrina had taken the time to sit down to speak with me many months earlier when I was a potential new entrant into Hobart’s booming market and feeling daunted by the prospects and the process. As a “walk-in” to her office, I was not expecting such personal attention, but Katrina was just so welcoming and gave me some excellent tips which helped me immensely. I was therefore delighted when our paths crossed once again. From the moment I first called to enquire about the property, there it was again - that same welcoming voice - amiable and gracious - ready to impart all the information I needed, and offering to show me the property the very next day. Seeing Katrina again within the walls of what was to become my very own Hobart home, was an absolute pleasure. Katrina knew the property inside and out and could answer any question immediately and thoroughly. But she was also very patient with me regarding questions on the buying process and each step to be taken, as well as allowing me plenty of time to look around at every feature. The property itself was certainly impressive to the eye, but, thanks to Katrina, I had much more than the aesthetics to go on when I made the decision to make an offer right then and there. That kind of confidence doesn’t usually come easily - but with Katrina’s exceptional knowledge and experience of the market, her professionalism, her own unique personal style, her genuine care and, indeed the person she is, it was easy for ME. It was as though she was tailor made just for my own experience! How often does anyone feel like that nowadays? I am so grateful to have had Katrina be part of my buying experience in Hobart and I will be seeking her out to engage her as my agent should I ever wish to sell a property.

We chose Katrina because of her extensive experience and her success in selling several properties in the area. From our first meeting, I was confident that Katrina would be a good fit for our family. Katrina was punctual and friendly, and provided clear, and concise information as well as an accurate and honest valuation of the property. Katrina outlined her strategy for selling our property and provided guidance on staging and presentation. Within a week of placing our property on the market, we received several good offers and with Katrina's assistance, negotiated with the eventual successful buyer. At all times, Katrina has kept us informed of progress, including each and every inspection. Katrina goes that extra mile and we have no hesitation in recommending her to prospective sellers.

Katrina delivered an excellent campaign for the sale of our property. She was very communicative, providing frequent updates and was always prompt in providing responses. She has a great understanding of the market and I recommend her for any vendor in the Hobart market.

Katrina’s market knowledge is exceptional, she is the perfect person too sell any house, I would definitely recommend Katrina for any selling your house!

Katrina was exemplary in her knowledge of the market, was very punctual for appointments and kept a continual line of communication open for us the vendors. I would fully recommend Katrina as a sales agent, welcome her expertise, her calming manner, her friendly disposition wearing her beautiful smile. Well done Katrina, a quick, successful sale.

Katrina was really helpful, honest and friendly. She made the process of buying my first home really easy.

Katrina’s knowledge of the Hobart realestate market and her skills made the whole process to sell our house a breeze. As we were interstate at the time of selling, all our correspondence was by phone, text and email. Katrina was super prompt with her responses and we were able to get the property on the market and sold at a good price in quick time.

Katrina was selected as our agent after a close review of the sale of properties in our area and an extensive interview. We received very professional advice leading to the development of a complete selling strategy, including presentation, promotion and conduct of the sale. This very successful strategy also considered potential buyers allowing them time to avoid hasty decision making which resulted in us receiving a number of attractive offers to buy. Throughout the sale process we received almost daily contact and update from Katrina which extended through to settlement and we believe all the potential purchasers received that same attention. Thanks to Katrina we achieved a sale result exceeding our expectations through a process made easy and comfortable for us. Thank you Katrina.
