Katrina Arkley in one word ... amazing. From the moment I signed to put my home on the market Katrina worked tirelessly. It was a new and scary experience for me and knowing Katrina was just a phone call away smoothed over any bumpy thoughts I had. I can only say this woman knows her stuff and pulls out all stops for a successful and financially satisfying sale. 11/10 Katrina.

Katrina was extremely professional throughout the entire purchase process. She ensured all the boxes were ticked and is available as required to assist with any queries you may have. Katrina is knowledgeable and provides information in a manner that is easy to understand. She has a client based focus and is very adaptable to suit the needs of all parties involved. From the time I chose to sell my property to the time Katrina had open homes and a signed contract was so fast my head is still spinning. Katrina got a price way over what I was expecting. Highly recommend this person

Katrina was the absolute bomb selling our home, we could not rate her more highly! It was a pleasure working with such a professional, she went above and beyond getting us the best price and we loved her honest, friendly and cheerful demeanour. The selling process can be daunting but Katrina explained each step clearly and was able to recommend local, reliable and reasonably priced contractors to assist us getting the house ready for sale. Katrina’s knowledge and expertise in the market were invaluable, she worked tirelessly and continually kept us updated throughout the selling campaign, we just wish everyone could have a dream agent like her! Thank you Katrina, you were a delight to work with!

I doubt there is a better agent in Hobart. Katrina was full of great advice and knew the market better than anyone else we talked to. She kept us well informed at every step. We always felt more at ease after a call from Katrina. She achieved a great result for our property and her advice also helped us secure our next home.

Katrina has been friendly and helpful through the whole home buying process. Great to interact with from a buyers perspective

I felt comfortable with Katrina from the moment we met. Her knowledge of the local market and buyer behaviour gave me confidence from the start. She met and exceeded my expectations, with the first offer coming in four days after listing, and my house sold in just a week from listing. She kept me up to date all the way through and gave me pragmatic advice about what I needed to do. Couldn't fault her!

Katrina 100% knows how to gracefully handle challenging situations with sensitive professionalism. From first point of contact to navigating limiting options around selling the property to then feeling comfortable in understanding the various offers on the property and then closing the deal - Katrina assisted beyond our expectations and got us a great result on the sale of the property. Highly recommended for people who wish for a caring efficient professional to sell their property.

After having listed my property with another Agency for a number of months without any success I turned to Katrina for some professional advice and a fresh new approach and that was exactly what I got. Katrina demonstrated excellent local market knowledge and some great recommendations for presenting and marketing my home. Katrina is extremely professional, knowledgeable and a timely communicator. She kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much to trouble. Needless to say just over a week from first listing with Katrina I had a contract and am now sold. I couldn’t recommend Katrina more highly and would not hesitate to utilise her services again. Very happy Client

Katrina remained so calm and responsive throughout our experience when purchasing our property in Lindisfarne recently. She genuinely cared about the buyers of her clients property - which is very impressive and made quite an impression on us! It was such a positive experience. Nothing was too hard, she was warm and approachable - I'd definitely utilise and recommend her services to anyone who was looking to buy or sell.
