Katrina delivered in every sense. A quick and easy process with lots of communication. We found Katrina to be very professional and enthusiastic, taking the stress out of selling.
Katrina was great from start to finish. Punctual, well presented, a great communicator and friendly. She exceeded our expectations and sold our house quickly with a minimum of fuss.
Katrina was an amazing, compassionate and understanding real estate. Her knowledge of the market was extremly good and it shows that she has been in the business for many years. I would have no hesitation at all recommending her for the job. You will not be disappointed.
I put my property in Lenah Valley up for sale with Katrina in 2014 and unfortunately due to the market we were not able to secure a contract on the property at a price I was comfortable. So I withdrew it from sale. When I heard that the market in Hobart had improved I called Katrina and she advised that it was a great time to sell and gave advice on the best way to market my unique investment property. She kept me informed throughout the process and I had a contract on the property within 3 weeks and she also negotiated an earlier settlement date. I am very happy with the price that I got with Katrina, she was realistic with the price guide and I have made a tidy profit. I would recommend Katrina as a no nonsense, dedicated real estate agent.
Making the decision to down size a much loved family home that has been full of love and great memories was a very hard decision. Katrina understood this and worked with high order skills and professionalism to enact a sale for our family. Right from the day we met Katrina until the day the contract matured, Katrina communicated with us on a very regular basis as well as providing much valued advice and support. We have no hesitation in recommending Katrina to prospective purchasers and sellers.
Katrina sold my house within a week for way more than I'd dared to hope for. She provided outstanding service. She was warm, professional and experienced. She always did what she said she was going to do, and within the exact timeline she had promised. She listened to what I wanted and responded with considered advice and action. She was a pleasure to deal with. A true professional. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants to deal with an authentic professional who has their best interests at heart.
Katrina was a delight for my Husband and I to work with, we achieved an excellent outcome with our Sale price in very quick time. Katrina has a balanced and realistic approach to Real Estate and her knowledge of our local market and trends was significant in our result. We would have no hesitation in choosing Katrina for our next Real Estate transaction and would be happy to provide a personal recommendation to any future or prospective clients.
I felt at ease with Katrina right from the start. Her invaluable advice & extensive experience helped me to make the right decisions. It was worthwhile using an agent especially Katrina who eased any of my doubts & fears about selling my home.
Katrina was really lovely to deal with. This was the first offer and purchase process I've ever been involved in and she explained everything so well, made me feel really as ease and in the loop with what was going on. She was always really accommodating and answered all my questions quickly. I highly recommend her!
Katrina made herself available to me. This is what you want in an Agent. As a buyer you need to educate yourself on the market & be ready to ‘seize the day’. Agents don’t ‘dilly dally’ in Hobart and neither should you.
