Keryn Osgerby and her team at Sold Property Group are a throughly professional Real Estate business. Keryn possesses impeccable integrity and is acutely aware of market trends and expectations. I would recommend Karen to people selling or buying a property. You can be assured of great results.

Despite a few obstacles Keryn’s communication and market knowledge helped us overcome some challenging problems. Always met us with positive and very helpful solutions. Without Keryn Osgerby experience we would not have achieved our sale and purchase in the time frame we had.

Once again Keryn and the Sold Property Group team have made the process of selling our latest project stress free and seamless. Professional, thorough and honest as always.

Saling our house was an interesting journey. We never thought they can be unexpected challanges. Thanks for Keryn professionalism we sold our house just in time and avoided losing our contract with our new house. Highly recommend Keryn for sale of your house.

There’s a reason you see her For Sale and Sold signs everywhere. She is the best. I am very happy with how straightforward and easy the whole selling process was. She has the professionalism, knowledge, experience and communication you want in an agent. There was no one else I ever considered. A bonus, Keryn is also a lovely person. Thank-you, Keryn!

Couldn’t be more happy with Keryn and her team through the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. Highly recommended!

Keryn, Sandra and the team at Sold Property were excellent in their efforts for our property. Their market knowledge, property preparation advice and care taken with our listing was spot on. I would highly recommend them to any prospective sellers or buyers. They paid a lot of attention to detail with regard to all aspects of our sale. The end product of the staging of our property was beautiful. We received a lot of complimentary feedback on their preparation work. Their liaising with the buyers, conveyancers and ourselves made the process very smooth.

Keryn was extremely professional with all aspects of dealing with our property. Went out of her way to troubleshoot any dilemmas with the purchasers to take the stress off us. Would highly recommend

Market Knowledge, communication and professionalism was of a very high standard. I live away from where my unit was and Keryn went above and beyond to help with inspections on my behalf and organizing a handyman to complete painting and repairs to present the unit in the best possible way. Sold at first open house with a short settlement.

Keryn and her wonderful team did everything to make the sale process as stress-free as possible. From beginning to end Keryn and her team exceeded all my expectations. Keryn's commitment and level of excellence she brought forward throughout the entire journey was so appreciated. Keryn guided me with her incredible in time market knowledge and professionalism, forming the best action plan and process and we have her to thank for a truly great result. I have sold and bought property numerous times prior and can genuinely say that Keryn and Sold Property Group have exceeded all prior expectations of real estate agencies and agent. Thankyou Keryn for absolutely everything.

Once our property was launched (stylishly staged and effectively marketed) we had a well attended open home which resulted in three offers. We were able to secure a quick sale at a great price. Keryn and her team were helpful and informative and kept us up to date and informed throughout the entire process. We would definitely engage Keryn again as our agent to sell a property and are looking forward to working with her team as our property managers.
