I spoke to Baden and team early on regarding the possible sale of our apartment. After the initial meeting Baden was very confident he could help us achieve our desired outcome. The apartment went onto the market and after two weeks we had a good offer that suited us and was a great buy for the purchaser. All happy.

After nearly 2 years of looking a nearly every 3 bedroom apartment coming onto the market at Yarra's Edge we finally found 2301/80 Lorimer st. and felt it ticked all the boxes, however we were about to embark on a 4 week tour of SE Asia so thought we would just wait till we got back and if still available, make an offer. To Lucas'es great credit they did not try to contact us at all during our holiday, so on our return duly made our offer and after a little negotiation our offer was accepted.
