We sold our property recently through Bailey Lang of harcourts beenleigh. If you want an agent that goes above and beyond, 24 hours a day Bailey is the man. He was straight forward from day 1 to completion of sale.He is persistent in his efforts and has expert knowledge of current market conditions. He made the negotiation stage easy for both parties. It was my first time dealing with Bailey and won't be the last. We definitely recommend Bailey in the sale of any property.

Selling my home with Bailey was a painless experience, he followed through on his initial expectation of my sale, kept me up to date and got a great sale price for me.

When you're buying or selling you want someone who just answers the phone and will ring you back when they say they will and Bailey does exactly that. Some agents are nearly impossible to get hold of and it's painfull. We didn't reach the sales figure he preached early on, but I always thought it was a bit abitious. I doubt it was from a lack of trying. I chose to use Bailey because he sounded like a salesman. Take from that what you will, but the other agent I had considered sounded like she could have been my mother - she's lovely, but not someone who is going to get the best price for my property.

Initially we were thinking of selling with another agency. We hadn’t signed up at that stage, I then received a phone call from Bailey and he just asked me for five minutes of our time. As soon as he started speaking I thought yes, this is my agent. He came across as very confident that he would be able to make a sale for us with his contacts on his vast list of purchasers. He was not wrong. Sold within 3 days. I can not speak more highly of Bailey and his ethics. I found him to be extremely honest and very polite. I highly recommend Bailey if you are wanting to sell. He will go above and beyond for his clients. Thank you so much for such an easy process Bailey and getting us the sale price we received.

Bailey exceeded my expectations. His communication was clear and efficient, he was able to answer any questions I had and made what can be such a daunting process, a great experience.
