Equal parts tenacious and enthusiastic, with an admirable work ethic, this Gawler and Barossa Valley local came to real estate about two and a half years ago, following a position in car sales and administration for a local firm. Committed to following set processes to ensure a thorough approach for buyers and sellers, the dedication Bailey once showed on the soccer field is now unreservedly poured into his real estate career. And don’t be fooled by his youthful appearance, as part of the highly successful Team Whiston, Bailey’s real estate acumen continues to build quickly thanks to the high volume of sales – much faster than he might otherwise have experienced. Considering the workload, it’s handy that Bailey is a whiz with social media platforms – a big asset in the changing world of real estate marketing. Part of a large local, extended family, Bailey’s work ethic and commitment to regime was born and honed on the soccer field. During his childhood he represented South Australia, which led to his selection to the South Australian Sports Institute (SASI) and then a stint with the Adelaide United Youth Team. On the home front Bailey recently experienced life as a buyer first-hand, when he and partner Karley bought a home at Evanston Park, an experience which provided him with a different perspective of the real estate process. When he’s not working, Bailey said he and Karley relax at home with their Schmoodle Harvey and they can sometimes be spotted enjoying a meal at Alfresco Pizza E Cucina in the Main Street or a coffee at Cibo Espresso. Bailey is keen to keep working as part of Team Whiston, along with his own listings and sales. Long term he hopes to one day have his own business.
