Not listening to the buyer, keep interrupting the conversation with buyers, and don't let us talk. When we want to get answers from Vendor, the agent asks us to wait for a few days, be kind to vendor, tenant, their conveyancer. But when the agent want information from us he was pushing us call our conveyancer immediately. When we negotiated with the agent, he said the tenant is ending the contract by 16/12/2022 and we put a condition next to the purchase price that we can settle early but ended up we having to settle on 17/01/2022. If I know the tenant doesn't want to move at the end of the contract or cannot move out early I would put in 3 months settlement like I mentioned the first time I met the agent.
